A. Shipping is $5.72 on orders up to $25 and $7.72 for orders over $25.

Q. What is the breakdown of the caffeine designations?

A. Please use these as approximations per an 8-ounce cup: Low corresponds to 5-15 mg, Med-Low to 15-30 mg, Medium to 30-50 mg, Med-High to 50-70 mg, and High to 70-90 mg. For reference, a cup of coffee has around 95mg.

A. We currently ship within the United States, including APO and FPO addresses.

Q. Are the teas organic?

A. We cannot currently offer all selections as organic. We do strive to always offer a few organic options, which will be noted. Also, it is important to us that the teas don't contain any artificial ingredients.

Q. What is the satisfaction policy?
