Q. How much does shipping cost?

A. Shipping is free on orders $25 and up after discounts. All other orders will be charged $4.96 for shipping at checkout.

Q. What is the breakdown of the caffeine designations?

A. Please use these as approximations per an 8-ounce cup: Low corresponds to 5-20 mg, Med-Low to 20-40 mg, Medium to 40-60 mg, Med-High to 60-80 mg, and High to 80-95 mg. For reference, a cup of coffee has around 95mg.

Q. Where do you ship?

A. We currently ship within the United States, including APO and FPO addresses.

Q. Are the teas organic?

A. We cannot currently offer all selections as organic. We do strive to always offer a few organic options, which will be noted. Also, it is important to us that the teas and sugars don't contain any artificial ingredients.

Q. What is the satisfaction policy?

A. As the teas are sold in sample sizes, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if one of your selections turns out not to be quite your cup of tea. However, if there is another issue with your order, please reach out to us at hello@thesippingsocietea.com.
